Yum Cha Head Chef accounced: "James Tan"

James Tan is known to any Asian loving foodie as the brains and energy behind such great restaurants as ‘Mandarin Duck’, ‘The Duck’ and ‘Magic City’ restaurants, but at Waterfront City's Yum Cha Dragon he’s branched out and works around the dishes that he thinks we like to eat rather than what we expect on an Asian menu – the result is quite inspirational.
